General Rules & Regulations
Discipline teaches accountability and responsibility in students as well as on teachers. With this view, Alhaz Sunai Bibi Choudhury to College always inclines to strict rules and regulations in order to create a congenial atmosphere for all round development of the Students as well as the society. Students once admitted must be liable to follow all the administrative and academic rules and regulations laid down by the college Authority. All students should reach the Classroom on time and shall not leave the class without the permission of the teacher. All students should wear proper uniform. The behaviour of the students both within and outside the college premises should be decent and befitting to a professional institution.
Attendance: The students should fulfill the minimum required attendance for every programme both theory and practical. A student must have to attend minimum 75%. Classes in a Semester formed by the Gauhati University. Students Whose attendance will be less than 75%. will be considered as non-collegiate & it his/her attendance falls below 50% will be declared as “dis-collegiate”
Examination: – Students have to sincerely appear all Unit or Sessional examinations without any fail. Besides they have to Complete their Assignments, Practical Works and projects for internal assessment & evaluation, otherwise they will not allowed to fill-up the examination forms.
Identity Card :- College authority will issue identity Cards to the newly admitted students and it is compulsory to keep Identity cards with them when they are within the college Campus.
College Uniforms: – Uniforms dress code within the college Campus is compulsory. Uniforms dress and shorts will not be allowed.

Classes :- Off – line & online
Regular off-line Classes will be conducted in the college Campus where students and teachers will communicate face to face. Moreover, there will be provision of Online Classes” also which will be arranged by the respective departments so that the course curriculum can be continued even in the unfavourable situations like ‘Covid-19’ Pandemic.
